Job Description: As a Project Engineer you will play a crucial role in managing and executing various engineering projects . Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

• Technical Expertise: Apply your engineering knowledge to design, implement, and optimize food manufacturing processes and systems.

• Budget Management: Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints, tracking expenses, and making cost-effective decisions.

• Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

• Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards 

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to achieve project goals and milestones.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Proven experience in project management within the food manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and food processing equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with Canadian food safety regulations is a plus.
